Order, Delivery, & Shipping Policies
You are responsible for assuring someone is ready and able to receive the sweet treats at the delivery destination. If the order is a surprise, please let the recipient know that something will be coming for them and the approximate delivery time. Provide the name and phone number for the day-of contact upon checkout.
If no one is there to receive the order or we are not able to leave the order due to security protocol, the order will be returned to our shop and will be held for one day for pick-up.
There will be no refunds issued for undeliverable orders.
We are happy to send out for re-delivery for an additional fee. Call the shop at (312) 285-2979 to make arrangements.
Alterations and Cancellations:
We must be contacted by 5:00pm the day before your order is due if any alterations need to be made to an order.
Any order cancellations must occur by 8:00pm the day before an order is due. The full order amount will be charged for any cancellations that occur after this time or for failure to pickup your order.
